5. Liability and Insurance

  • SunnyMovers takes every precaution to protect your belongings; however, we recommend customers obtain insurance coverage for valuable or fragile items.
  • Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the extent covered by our insurance and applicable law.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or building restrictions.

6. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations or changes to your booking must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled move.
  • Fees may apply for last-minute cancellations or changes.
  • SunnyMovers reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen events, with prior notice where possible.
